T O P I C R E V I E WmereiposaHi allIn looking at this composite, is this a yod? It appears to be, with the apex being Pluto/Venus at 5degree orb conjunction. It looks like to me it may not be though because one inconjunct goes to Venus, with the other to Pluto. I'm confused. I actually am unclear about most of it, except for the mars and uranus 12th house. Had that before and it was everything horrible I have read. This is a friendship, at the moment. We have nice synastry, but nothing is sparked (at least not on my part, except general intrigue). Thank you for your help!mereiposabump...please? I would love to get some input, and I am not sure why it didn;t post the imagethank you!!!CeridwenIt is a wide Yod.Usually I would not count a 5 degree sextile between Moon and Chiron. Here in this case however Venus seems to be very close to oposing the Moon/Chiron-mp, so IŽd count it. That Pluto seems to far off though, I mean it is definitely quinkunx Moon, but the orb to Chiron is just too wide. mereiposaThank you,so the energy would be weaker? I have only found a little even on the pluto venus conjunction, other than the standard "this is a transformative relationship" etc.so moon and chiron would be working together to heal our wounds through our emotions, and the energy would come from our shared love and transformation? I'm not sure if I am on the right path.mereiposabump again! thank you, Ceridwen by the way.Can I have some more help interpreting its meaning?CeridwenThe love, affection, attraction being shared by the two of you, which will probably be deep and compelling (with Pluto there as well), sometimes a little too intense even, will be experienced, or expressed or even just connected to feelings of emotional healing. There might be a great vulnerability, that sometimes is rather difficult to face or bear, as not all people like having all their layers being layed bare. But if you can surrender to that openness, there can be a great healing taking place, it might also be a very sensual combination (Chiron is very much about the body, something people often forget). However if you cannot be that open and accepting fo each other, there is also the possibility that a certain emotional wounding takes place. Because you are that vulnerable with each other, everything just feels deeper, and you probably have no defenses against even just imagined hurt. Well John Sandbach has some midpoint interpretations. Here it would be Venus activating Moon/Chiron"Principle: Allowing oneself to be guided by instinct, or, when one does not do this, suffering due to ones inability to act on ones instincts. Transcending the dramas of family and learning to love family without being controlled or negatively influenced by them. The quest for and finding of the spiritual family. Letting go of the past. Seeing the past in a spiritual light, which helps to release regrets.Because one has difficulty in finding security in outer and material things, one is guided toward finding security in identification with the greater self and the protection coming from higher forces. The ability to move through emotions, especially those that have become stagnant and fixated. The Chiron/Moon combination can mean the clearing of the emotional body, and the exorcising of the ghosts of the past. Learning to find security in fluidity rather than ridigity.Process: The cleansing of emotions through allowing feelings to flow freely.Venus: One relates to others in an emotionally healing way. When one relates emotions flow in cleansing fashion." http://johnsandbach.com/?page_id=7243 Those are originally written for natal charts, but you can adapt it to the composite chart. Just thinking instead of "One" of "we as a couple"mereiposathank you, Ceridwen.I take it this is a very chirotic relationship then. In synastry we have venus-chiron DW, one opposition and one trine. He has it natally conjunct his moon, mine widely conjuncts his moon (5degrees) and exact to his DC.Looking at composite and synastry, Venus is a big player too, I am thinking. It is big in his natal chart as it is conjunct the AC, mine is big in my natal bcs it is conjunct MC and therefore highest point of the chart. We have venus-venus trine, venus trine moon, and venus conjunct saturn in synastry. This makes sense because it is extremely easy to be friends, we hang out easily for long periods of time and it is a very gentle, flowing type of harmony and energy. Art and music and the sharing of nature and beauty is a big theme in our exchanges. I do sense healing, early as it is in our friendship, because I am learning how to have genuine friendship with a man, something I have lacked previously. Interesting, and thanks for confirming my experiences thus far.I don't know that it will ever become romantic, though we do have mars square venus exact and venus conjunct uranus in synastry.
